User roles for imc Express customers
Content author
A content author is not really a role: anyone who has created content or contributed to content (because they were invited to do so) is referred to as a content author. Content authors can edit their content and share (publish) it as they wish.
Content owner
Every user who creates content in imc Express is automatically the content owner of that content. As the content owner, you have the right to add other users to the project (team) as collaborators, or to appoint another user as the new content owner of a project.
In addition, the content owner can determine certain content properties, such as the underlying theme.
Content manager
An imc Express user (Content author) only sees the contents in which he is the content owner or contributor. A content manager sees all the content in a client and can access any content at any time to collaborate or make content settings.
Asset manager
The media library manager manages the images and videos in the media library. Unlike other users, they can make their assets available to the entire client and thus make them accessible to all users.
Settings manager
Your settings manager can carry out and customise client-specific settings. A settings manager can therefore edit the imprint for their content and maintain glossary entries for their company purposes.
User Manager
The User Manager can manually create, edit or delete local users. In addition, the User Manager can assign the roles of content manager, media library manager and/or settings manager to each user.
Theme Manager
The Theme Editor is able to independently create, manage and store any number of themes in the tool. A theme can include information on fonts, colours, background images and the logo used.
Reporting
Users with this role can access technical information about imc Express via a dashboard. This includes, for example, the memory used.
User roles for imc Express administrators
System administrator
This role is only available for system administration and thus only for imc. As a system administrator, configuration of mandates (features, licences, capacities, etc. is possible.)
