Information on our SLA-free strategy for imc Express

We have deliberately decided against service level agreements (SLAs) for our authoring tool, imc Express.

Reasons

  • imc Express runs stably on Amazon AWS servers in Germany, which offer high reliability and continuous availability. Amazon AWS has strict SLAs for uptime, performance and security, which support our decision (see https://aws.amazon.com/de/legal/service-level-agreements/).
  • The application is additionally secured via a Kubernetes cluster, which ensures constant availability and automatic failure recovery. Thanks to this robust infrastructure, we can assume an availability of more than 99% all year round.
  • Another important aspect is that imc Express is classified as non-critical software. A potential failure would be undesirable but not business critical and therefore would not have an immediate negative impact on your business processes.

Our focus is on innovation and continuous improvement of our tool. We realize that not having SLAs may raise questions, but we guarantee our commitment to continuous improvement and the addition of new features.
